From the moment you enter Shangalia you will note this luxuriously furnished 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house offers panoramic ocean views from all rooms. The gourmet kitchen is fitted with European appliances.

A spacious living area with plasma TV and two outside covered decks, one furnished with dining table and BBQ, the other has relaxing couches. At the rear of the house is an enclosed, landscaped backyard with wood fired Pizza oven and dining furniture.

Laze on the one of the two decks and take in the view or enjoy a brisk walk along Emu Bay’s 4km white sandy beach, have a swim or relax and watch the wildlife.
